Ensuring Fair Contributions

1. Voluntary Contributions

Donations made to SYS Musaada are treated as voluntary contributions towards social and humanitarian causes. Generally, donations are non-refundable once successfully processed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We review refund requests in the following specific scenarios:

Duplicate transactions due to technical lag.
Incorrect amount debited due to gateway error.
Unauthorized transactions prior to bank settlement.

3. How to Request

Email your Transaction ID and a screenshot of the debit to support@collectway.in within 48 hours of the transaction. Verified refunds take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
